Participants will celebrate trees by learning to draw them using pencil, pen, marker, and charcoal. With a focus on trees native to Georgia, they will draw leaves and branches, tree trunks, roots, and the structures and shapes of trees. This fun and life-affirming art class will take place at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. This class is part of the Botanical Drawing Program. Weather permitting, this class will take place outdoors.
Dates: Tuesdays, Sept. 3 – 24
Times: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. (SOLD OUT) OR 6 – 9 p.m.
