Jessica Kirson is renowned as a powerhouse on stage, captivating audiences with her hilariously relatable performances that blend sheer silliness, vulnerability, and an array of outrageous characters. Her comedic character videos have amassed over 200 million views on social media, drawing in a multigenerational audience and making her shows the perfect outing for large groups of friends and families. In an industry where only 10% of touring comedians are female, Jessica has established herself as one of the strongest comedians, transcending gender barriers.
She produced FX’s Hysterical, a feature-length documentary that premiered at SXSW 2021, exploring the evolving landscape of women in stand-up comedy. The film showcases notable comedians including Margaret Cho, Nikki Glazer, Chelsea Handler, and Fortune Feimster. Additionally, her one-hour special Talking to Myself, executive produced by Bill Burr, premiered on Comedy Central. Jessica is a familiar face on This Week at the Comedy Cellar and has made appearances on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The View, HBO’s Crashing, Netflix’s Friends Who Kill, and in the film Kevin Can Wait. She also held multiple roles in the Robert De Niro film The Comedian, serving as an actor, consultant, producer, and writer.
In 2022, she released her much-anticipated prank call album, The Call Girls, featuring Rachel Feinstein. Recorded virtually during quarantine, the album introduces a host of characters, including old Jewish grandmothers, sexy co-eds, and a conservative mother navigating her relationship with her gay son.
Jessica’s accolades include being crowned “Best Female Comic” by the MAC association in New York City, alongside receiving the prestigious Nightlife Award for “Best Stand-up Comedian.” When she’s not on stage, she is a regular contributor to The Howard Stern Show, producing and starring in prank calls for the program.
