As we enter the new quarter, the Atlanta Botanical Garden invites you to find inner peace and harmony through the practice of Tai Chi. Starting on Saturday, April 6th at 9:15 am, the garden will begin sec Tai Chi sessions, led by a certified instructor in the tranquil surroundings of the garden.

It is known for its numerous health benefits, including improved balance, reduced stress and anxiety, and increased flexibility and strength.
