Fairs and Festivals This Weekend

  1. uomo cerca donna SantElena Haunted Halloween   (October 20th 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.)  Halloween at the history center features a haunted mansion, spooky trails, games, a carnival, food vendors, and a cash bar at the Atlanta History Center.
  2. donna cerca uomo Torino Stone Mountain Highland Games  (October 20 – 22) a.t Stone Mountain Park.  Hear Scottish pipes and drums, eat Scottish food, watch athletic games, browse artisan booths, and see tartan-clad dancers.  Don’t forget to check out the   uomo cerca donna Veneto Pumpkin Festival while you’re there.
  3.   uomo cerca donna Ercolano Little 5 Points Halloween Festival and Parade. (October 21)  Enjoy food and drink, live entertainment, pumpkin carving, street vendors, and a 4 p.m. costume parade. Free.
  4. donna cerca uomo Sesto San Giovanni Decatur Craft Beer Festival  (October 21) features 100 craft beers, live music, and food for sale in downtown Decatur for age 21+.
  5. Brookhaven Arts Festival  (October 21 – 22)  includes more than 100 juried artists, live music, a kids’ corner, and food vendors. Free.
  6. Johns Creek Arts Festival   (October 21 – 22)   Visit 130 artists’ booths across from Atlanta Athletic Club. Free.
  7. Maker Faire (October 22) at Georgia Freight Depot. See exhibits about science, creativity, innovation, and art, and meet the people of all ages who made them. Free.

8 Great Fall Festivals This Weekend

 

  1. Oktoberfest Atlanta ATLANTA’S BIGGEST GERMAN-THEMED PARTY  Put on your lederhosen and join  Oktoberfest Atlanta in Brookhaven! On Saturday, September 30th   (1 to 6 p.m.) enjoy a variety of deliciously cold beers, German food, live music, and an abundance of games and Oktoberfest themed activities!
  2. Georgia Blues & Roots Festival  features a dozen artists including Tinsley Ellis and Bernard Allison at Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre in Mableton. Dance lessons and harmonica workshop also available! September 30, 2017  (1 to 10:30 p.m.)
  3. Lilburn Beer & Wine Fest    September 30, 2017 (1 to 5 p.m.)  This event will feature over 100 beers and ciders from Local Atlanta and Georgia breweries, as well as some great breweries from around the country.  There will also be 25+ Wines in many varietals including Sparkling options, Roses, Reds and Whites. There will also be live music. Tickets include entry, entertainment, souvenir cup, and all beer, wine and cider samples.  Designated Driver tickets will be available at the gate only for $15.  This is a 21 and up event, no kids, no babies, no pets. Rain or Shine, no refunds.  Free bottled water for everyone.
  4. Bridgefest September 30, 2017 (12 to 8 p.m.) The City of Stockbridge’s annual Arts and Crafts “Bridgefest” Festival will be everything from musical and creative to cultural and even delicious. Bridgefest will be taking place on Saturday, September 30, from noon to 8 p.m. The festival is free, and will be held on the big lawn next to Stockbridge City Hall. On the same day, the city will also be hosting a community health fair in the Ted Strickland Community Center from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. The festival will also include Hispanifest, live entertainment, arts and craft vendors, food vendors, and even a children’s area.
  5. Alpharetta Brew Moon Octoberfest    September 30, 2017 (6:30 to 11 p.m.)  Gather your friends and celebrate fall with beer, wine and delicious food from some of Alpharetta’s best restaurants. Enjoy live music from Old School Band from 6:30 -8pm and Band X from 8:30 – 11pm.  Please bring your own chair. Backpacks are not allowed.

Sweet Auburn Music Fest   September 30 – Oct. 1, 2017  Are you looking for a weekend with Fun Filled Entertainment – Live Music, Good Food, National Artist and Celebrities – ALL FREE! The Sweet Auburn Music Fest is what you’ve been waiting for.   7. Fall Fest September 30 – Oct. 1, 2017.  This year marks the 17th anniversary of  Fall Fest in Candler Park, a two-day celebration of music, art, family and kicked off with a 5k race and a tour of homes.  It’s events like this that make people really fall for the charm of Candler Park and all that the Intown Atlanta communities have to offer.  Fall Fest is FREE!
  8. Duluth Fall Festival  September 30 – Oct. 1, 2017 features 250 booths of art, crafts and food, plus entertainment, a carnival, a parade 10 a.m. Sat., and a 5K race Sun. at Duluth Town Green.
