Participants will receive an introduction to baking with gluten-free flours and learn about the qualities that individual flours contribute to a blend. They will sample a few of the chef’s favorite gluten-free recipes and receive tips for using both gluten-free and non-gluten-free flour recipes. At the end of the class, attendees will roll up their sleeves and create their own gluten-free flour blend to take home. It is recommended that anyone with their own digital scale bring it to class. This session is ideal for beginner to intermediate bakers.
