This event invites members to explore the renowned exhibition Kim Chong Hak, Painter of Seoraksan, showcasing the works of Kim Chong Hak, a master painter from South Korea, fondly referred to as “the painter of Seoraksan.”
The High Museum is proud to be the first American institution to feature Kim’s art, presenting over seventy pieces that include new acquisitions from its collection. This exhibition offers a unique insight into Korean art from the late twentieth century, a period that remains relatively undiscovered beyond South Korea.
