Attendees are invited to join an exclusive tour of Kim Chong Hak, Painter of Seoraksan, led by Mekala Krishnan, Associate Director of Museum Interpretation. The journey will delve into the works of this acclaimed South Korean artist, known as “the painter of Seoraksan,” named after the highest peak in the Taebaek mountain range. The exhibition showcases over seventy pieces, including recent additions to the museum’s collection, reflecting Kim’s distinguished career and shedding light on lesser-known aspects of late 20th-century Korean art.
