Visitors are invited to explore the works of Ryoji Ikeda, one of the world’s leading composers and media artists, at the High Museum in Atlanta. This exhibition marks the U.S. debut of data-verse, Ikeda’s trilogy of monumental, immersive light and sound installations. Spanning more than two decades of the artist’s research, it reflects on the progressive digitalization of our integrated global society. Attendees will also have the opportunity to view new works alongside established pieces, including data.gram, a series of eighteen monitors that disassemble, analyze, and recombine information within data-verse.
Capacity is limited, and preregistration is required. To register, click the button above or contact Member Services at 404-733-4575 (Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.).
PLEASE NOTE: Spaces in this exhibition are dark, and certain works may feature loud or sudden sounds, as well as flashing lights and strobe effects. Visitors are urged to proceed with care when entering the exhibition.
