Each Saturday and Sunday at 11:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. during Spring, Summer, and Fall, the Atlanta Botanical Garden hosts the Garden Chef Demos in the Edible Garden Outdoor Kitchen. These demonstrations showcase fresh seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs in simple and mouthwatering recipes. Guests are encouraged to be inspired to try something new in their own cooking. Jacob Rich is a chef originally from Boston, Massachusetts, with a degree in culinary nutrition. He has worked in restaurants throughout the East Coast before transitioning to sports nutrition. In 2023, he moved to Atlanta and enjoys exploring the city’s restaurants and the culture of the Georgia food scene.
