The Atlanta Center for the Puppetry Arts is presenting an interactive workshop!
Participants can immerse themselves in the enchanting world of shadow puppetry by designing and crafting their own shadow puppet.
This engaging workshop invites attendees to explore the artistic inspirations, self-expression, and spiritual connections inherent in shadow puppetry. The workshop covers the historical significance of this ancient art form and the ways contemporary artists continue its traditions while introducing innovative techniques. Attendees will learn that the straightforward construction of shadow puppets makes it accessible for anyone to create, regardless of their experience. This is an opportunity to ignite creativity as participants design and build their shadow puppet.
