Interactive Songs and Stories for Seedlings with Michael Levine – Atlanta Botanical Garden

A series of live performances featuring prominent children’s musicians and storytellers will be held at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. These events are set for Fridays, from May through September, taking place at 10:00 and 10:45 a.m.

Renowned artist Michael Levine will lead engaging music and storytelling sessions, including interactive songs inspired by the Pete the Cat stories. Mr. Levine, the music producer of the original four Pete The Cat stories and songs, is also the co-founder of The Learning Groove alongside author Eric Litwin. With extensive experience in teaching children’s music and performing, Mr. Levine’s engaging style and memorable tunes are designed to appeal to young audiences.

Attendance is free with Garden Membership or Admission; no reservations for the shows are necessary.

  • The program will be located on the Great Lawn, shaded by elm trees.
  • Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket or ground cover, as the grass may be damp in the morning.
  • A program greeter will be available on the Great Lawn starting 10 minutes before each session.

In the event of rain, cold temperatures, or inclement weather, programming may be canceled or moved indoors. For updates regarding status, please email classes@atlantabg.org.

Shows for Seedlings is designed for children accompanied by an adult.
