On November 14, 2026, the High Museum of Art will host a members-only tour that explores the exhibition Photography as a Way of Life. The tour will delve into the overlapping careers of Minor White, Aaron Siskind, and Harry Callahan, who were influential photographers, educators, and thinkers that changed the landscape of photography in the mid-twentieth century.

During the 1950s and 1960s, as photography gained recognition as an art form, these artists established a new status for the medium and generated a devoted following for their work. Despite coming from different backgrounds and artistic traditions, they shared a common pursuit of abstraction and personal expression, advocating that photography could represent a lifelong commitment.

Capacity is limited, and preregistration is required. Registration can be completed by logging into an account or by contacting Member Services at 404-733-4575 (Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.).
