At the center of the story are Leo and Lucille Frank, a newlywed Jewish couple striving to build a life in the old red hills of Georgia. The music and lyrics come from three-time Tony Award® winner Jason Robert Brown, with co-conception attributed to 21-time Tony Award® winning legend Harold Prince.
