Candace N. Meadows, MPH, is a public health practitioner, advocate, and creative strategist focused on advancing health equity through art, culture, and storytelling. She currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives at the Emory COMPASS Coordinating Center within the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University, where she supports the Gilead COMPASS Initiative®, a significant 10-year commitment of over $100 million to organizations addressing the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the Southern United States. Candace holds a bachelor’s degree from Clark Atlanta University and a Master of Public Health from the Rollins School of Public Health.

Reginald Smith is the Executive Director of the Reginald & Dionne Smith Foundation (RDSF) and a holistic health practitioner, speaker, advocate, and author based in Atlanta. He is dedicated to enhancing the overall wellness of families impacted by HIV, viral hepatitis, and substance use disorders by providing education, advocacy, resources, and direct linkage to care. Central to the mission of RDSF are the Positive Attitudes 12-Step Support Groups tailored for heterosexual families seeking healing and support. RDSF also features a virtual network with the Positive Attitudes and HeteroHIV podcasts, along with an active social media presence. Smith authored Resurrection: Participate in Your Own Salvation, or Be Complicit in Your Own Demise and is a Certified Peer Specialist for Addictions and a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. With 40 years of living with HIV, he has been married to his wife, Dionne, since 1985, and they have four children and eight grandchildren.

Andrew Westover, Ph.D., serves as the Eleanor McDonald Storza Deputy Director for Learning and Civic Engagement at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta. He is actively involved in moderating public conversations and fostering connections between people and art to enrich the community. An educator and ethicist, Westover has held previous roles at various prominent institutions, including the New Museum of Contemporary Art, J. Paul Getty Museum, and Smithsonian Institution. His academic credentials include an MEd from Arizona State University, an MA in Religion from Claremont School of Theology, and both an EdM and a Ph.D. in education and ethics from Harvard University.
