The Monthly Exhibition Tour: Kim Chong Hak, Painter of Seoraksan will focus on the works of Kim Chong Hak, a master painter from South Korea known as “the painter of Seoraksan.” The High Museum is the first American museum to present his work. The exhibition features over seventy works, including new acquisitions from the museum’s collection, spanning the arc of Kim’s mature career and illuminating an aspect of late twentieth-century Korean art that is relatively unknown outside of South Korea.
Capacity is limited, and preregistration is required. Interested parties may register by logging into their account or by contacting Member Services at 404-733-4575 (Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.).
