Join art and cocktail enthusiasts for an unforgettable evening at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta on November 2, 2024, from 5 to 7 p.m. This unique event, titled High Spirits: Frightfully Good Cocktails and Art, promises a delightful fusion of creative cocktails and extraordinary art inspired by the macabre.

Kevin W. Tucker, the Chief Curator at the High, will lead participants on a whimsical journey through masterpieces that encapsulate the spirit of Halloween. Attendees will explore Symbolist art, Art Nouveau, and celebrations that honor el Día de los Muertos while sipping on devilishly delightful cocktails.

Guests can indulge in three vintage cocktails and listen to the spooky stories behind each concoction. To top off the experience, each participant will receive three period-style cocktail glasses to take home, along with light bites and the opportunity to sample all three cocktail tastings.

Bethany Forrest: A renowned craft bartender and small-business owner based in Atlanta, Forrest has two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. She has collaborated with the High Museum to consult on special events, sharing her passion for cocktail history and demonstrations.
