Tai Chi – Quarter I
The Atlanta Botanical Garden is hosting a Tai Chi class for the first quarter. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice the ancient art of Tai Chi in a serene setting, surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of the garden. This class is designed for individuals of all skill levels, providing a peaceful environment to enhance both physical and mental well-being.
Under the guidance of experienced instructors, attendees will explore the fundamental movements of Tai Chi, focusing on breathing techniques and body alignment. This calming practice not only promotes relaxation but also improves balance and flexibility.
