Evening Hikes
Fernbank Museum invites visitors to enjoy a guided hike through Fernbank Forest as dusk sets in. The Evening Hike will celebrate the rich ecosystem of this old-growth forest. Each session covers different topics, including nocturnal animals, insects, and spiders, among others.
Cost: $10 for members / $20 for nonmembers

Important information for attendees:
- Hikes occur rain or shine, unless hazardous weather conditions arise. Participants are advised to check the weather and dress accordingly.
- The hike lasts two hours, weather permitting, starting about one hour before sunset and concluding one hour after.
- The forest terrain can be uneven and steep at times, and trails are not ADA accessible.
- This hike is not suitable for strollers.
- In the event of inclement weather or insufficient registrations, Fernbank reserves the right to cancel the hike. Registered participants will be notified by noon the day before the hike and issued a refund.
