As part of Member May celebrations, attendees are invited to an exclusive tour exploring Kim Chong Hak, Painter of Seoraksan. This exhibition features the works of Kim Chong Hak, a distinguished painter from South Korea known as “the painter of Seoraksan.” The High Museum in Atlanta is the first American institution to showcase his art, presenting over seventy pieces, including recent acquisitions from its collection. This exhibition highlights an important yet lesser-known aspect of Korean art from the late twentieth century.
