The sixth installment of the Placita Latina exhibition, titled “Puentes” (Bridges), showcases the work of Latinx and Hispanic artists. This exhibition celebrates the diverse ways in which these artists foster understanding, preserve cultural heritage, and create new avenues for dialogue through various forms of artistic expression, including painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed media.
In a time of perceived division within communities, “Puentes” emphasizes the importance of connection, belonging, and cultural exchange, highlighting how art can unify individuals and foster shared humanity.
A closing reception will be held on Friday, October 23rd, from 6-9 PM.
