Mike’s corporate makeover of the lumber yard hits a snag when longtime employee Pete quits over the new uniform policies, leaving the already chaotic operation short-handed. Determined to prove his management skills, Mike launches a search for a replacement, only to discover that finding good help isn’t as easy as he imagined. With frustrated employees, unhappy customers, and a growing list of problems, Mike may have to roll up his own sleeves and learn what it really takes to keep the lumber yard running.
