On August 14, the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art will host an evening filled with art, live music, and tasty hors d’oeuvres presented by Carriage House Catering. From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, attendees can explore two engaging exhibitions currently on display.
One exhibit features “Metro Montage XXVI,” a juried exhibition showcasing over 100 contemporary artists selected from more than 800 submissions across the nation. The second exhibition, “America’s 250th Celebration: Selections from the MCMA Permanent Collection,” highlights works that reflect the diverse stories and traditions that have shaped the country.
Admission is free for MCMA members and $10 for guests, payable upon entry. The venue provides a cash and credit card bar, and membership can be purchased at the event for those who wish to join.
