This event is a two-part series on how real estate professionals utilize comps to understand market values. The first session will cover the fundamentals of comps, data collection, and their application by brokers, investors, and developers. The second session is a hands-on working session where participants will analyze real comp sets and present market insights. Open to all KSU students; no prior real estate knowledge is required. A laptop is recommended. Complimentary Chick-fil-A will be provided for both days.
