2026 Amnesty Program
March 2, 2026 through March 31, 2026
The Amnesty Program will run March 2, 2026, through March 31, 2026, and is available to individuals with unpaid traffic and code citations issued within the City of Stone Mountain.
This program allows participants to resolve unresolved citations while waiving failure‑to‑appear fees that may have accrued. Most eligible traffic violations may be resolved without appearing before a judge. Certain violations will require a court appearance.
The Stone Mountain Municipal Court is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and will also be open Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
