Community Bulletin: Fit4Mom Stroller Stride Classes
Stroller Stride classes are held on Mondays and Fridays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Hammond Activity Building. This 60-minute total-body workout includes strength, cardio, and core training, designed for mothers at any stage of motherhood, from pregnancy to postpartum. Participants can engage in the workout while attending to their children in strollers. While the class is stroller-friendly, it is also open to mothers and mothers-to-be who may choose to participate without their children.
