- Event Address: Complete address including City, State, and Zip Code.
- Type of Event: Indicate whether the event is a Festival, Exhibition, Class, Fundraiser, or Other.
- Cost: Specify if the event is free and, if not, provide cost details.
- Date and Time: Clarification on whether the event is a single day or spans multiple days along with the respective dates and times.
- Online Presence: URL for an event website, as well as optional links for Facebook and Instagram.
- File Upload: An option to upload an event logo or image.
