HIIT – OwlFit Group Fitness offers an engaging high-intensity interval training session that is open to the community. This fitness class is designed to enhance cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance through a series of intense workout intervals followed by short recovery periods.
Participants of all fitness levels are welcome. The session will take place at the Student Recreation and Activities Center in Group Fitness Studio 2-3.
