The SSPD Women’s Self Defense class offers reality-based training that focuses on practical techniques for physical resistance in the event of an assault. The session is open to individuals aged 17 and older, with a maximum class size of 25 participants.

– What to do if attacked
– Weapons
Attendance is free; however, registration is required due to limited space.
