Yoga in the Park

An all-level yoga session will take place at the picnic pavilion in Swift-Cantrell Park. The class incorporates gentle movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat, water, and a friend.
This event is free and open to ages 8 and older. Registration is available online.
