The Atlanta Botanical Garden presents a series of live performances featuring some of Atlanta’s most beloved children’s musicians and storytellers. Shows are scheduled for Fridays from May through September at 10:00 and 10:45 a.m.
On this occasion, the Junebug Pollinators will be performing. Mrs. Alyssa will share her music and introduce her favorite caterpillar and butterfly puppet friends. Alyssa Easterly Miller, a transplant from New York City, brings her infectious enthusiasm and vocal talent. With experience teaching hundreds of young children’s music classes and nearly 20 original children’s songs inspired by nature, she will engage the whole family.
Attendance is free with a Garden Membership or Admission; no reservations for the shows are required.
- This program will take place on the Great Lawn, beneath the shade of the elm trees.
- Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket or ground cover, as morning dew may make the grass damp.
- A program greeter will be available on the Great Lawn starting 10 minutes before each session.
In case of rain, cold temperatures, or other inclement weather, the program may be canceled or moved indoors. To confirm the status of the event, inquiries can be directed to classes@atlantabg.org.
Shows for Seedlings is intended for children accompanied by an adult.
