Great Southeast Pollinator Census
August 21 – 22
This citizen science project invites participants of all ages to spend 15 minutes counting pollinators, such as bees and butterflies, on blooming plants. Observations will help scientists understand pollinator populations and support conservation efforts across the Southeast. The Gardens will provide counting sheets and guides included with Garden Admission. Tickets for admission can be purchased online. For those who wish to participate from home, resources including a how-to video and downloadable worksheets are available on the event website.
