Black August Community Yoga

This community yoga series, held every Saturday in August, honors freedom fighters and emphasizes healing as resistance. Participants will engage in sound baths, meditation, breathwork, and intentional movement amidst the sacred granite of Arabia Mountain. All are welcome, regardless of experience. Attendees should bring their own mat, water, and an open heart.
