South River Paddle

Location: Panola Shoals Trailhead, Ellenwood, GA
Cost: $40 – $50
Participants can enjoy a half-day paddle covering 6.5 nautical miles along the South River, weaving past Panola Mountain State Park with a beach break on a sandbar. The guided experience is beginner-friendly, lasts approximately three hours, and includes shuttle service. Children aged 12 and older are welcome with supervision.
For those needing gear, all equipment can be provided. Alternatively, participants may bring their own gear with specific drop-off and parking instructions provided upon registration. Space is limited.
