The Atlanta Botanical Garden presents a series of live performances featuring some of Atlanta’s most cherished children’s musicians and storytellers. Performances are scheduled for Fridays from May through September at 10:00 and 10:45 a.m.
Djoli Kelen Inc., the only non-profit Intergenerational Cultural Arts Collective in the United States, will guide young audiences through Traditional African and Diaspora Cultural Arts, fostering curiosity through dance, music, and storytelling.
Participation is included with Garden Membership or Admission; no reservations are required for the shows.
- The program occurs on the Great Lawn, under the shade of elm trees.
- Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket or ground cover, as the grass may be damp in the morning.
- A program greeter will be available on the Great Lawn 10 minutes prior to each session.
In the event of rain, cold temperatures, or inclement weather, shows may be canceled or relocated indoors. To confirm status, inquiries can be directed to classes@atlantabg.org.
