Event: Drawing Foundations Course

Tuition: $195, not including materials
This course offers a hands-on experience in the essential skills of drawing, focusing on observing form and light, as well as creating depth, texture, and expressive lines. It is suitable for individuals who are new to drawing as well as those looking to refine their techniques. Participants will explore various tools and approaches to enhance their artistic expression.
Course Objectives:
- Understand the basic elements and principles of drawing
- Learn about line quality, value scale, positive and negative space, perspective, measurements, and composition
- Experiment with different techniques and materials
- Explore creative expression beyond preconceived boundaries
- Develop multiple approaches to drawing that improve accuracy and confidence
