- Type of Art Event: Options include Festival, Exhibition, Class, Fundraiser, or Other (required)
- Event Name: The title as it should appear on the event calendar (required)
- Event Description: A brief overview of the event (required)
- Cost Structure: Information on ticket prices or tuition costs (if applicable)
- Event Accessibility: Indicate if the event is free to the public (required)
- Duration: Specify if the event is a single or multi-day occurrence (required)
- Event Dates and Times: Start and end dates with corresponding times (if applicable)
- Event Website: Link for additional information (required)
- Social Media Links: Facebook and Instagram (if applicable)
- File Upload: Option to include an event logo or image.
