Event Details:
- Event Address: Includes address lines, city, state, and zip code. All fields are mandatory.
- Event Name: Required submission of the event name as it should appear on the calendar.
- Event Description: A brief description is required for the event calendar.
Event Type: Options include Festival, Exhibition, Class, Fundraiser for an art organization, or Other.
Public Access: Submitters must indicate if the event is free to the public.
Date and Time: Information regarding whether the event is single-day or multi-day, along with start and end dates and times, is required.
Website and Social Links: A URL for the event website and optional links for Facebook and Instagram are requested.
File Upload: Submitters may include an event logo or image for the calendar listing.
Additional Comments: A section for any other comments for the Decatur Arts Alliance is available.
