The HOME Exhibition, a juried multimedia showcase, is set to take place in Decatur, Georgia, from May 29 to July 18, 2026. This event is presented by the Decatur Arts Alliance in collaboration with the Decatur Land Trust, and supported by the Decatur branch of the DeKalb County Public Library and the Georgia Center for the Book.
The exhibition features nearly 60 artworks that explore the theme of “homeland” as both a geographical point of origin and a state of being. Artists are encouraged to reflect on the diverse meanings of “home” from various cultural perspectives, including those of immigrants and indigenous peoples.
The exhibition will be located in the Fourth Floor Gallery of the Decatur Library. An opening reception is scheduled for May 29, 2026, from 6:30 to 9 PM. Awards will be presented, including Best of Show, Gold, Silver, and Student Awards, with prizes ranging from $500 to $1,000.
