Event organizers are invited to submit their art events for consideration. The submission process requires the following details:
Submitter Name: First and last names are required.
Email: A valid email address is necessary for correspondence.
Phone Number: A contact number is required for further communication.
Event Address: Complete address details, including city, state, and zip code, are necessary.
Event Information: Organizers must specify the type of event (e.g., festival, exhibition, class, fundraiser, etc.), provide the event name as it should appear on the calendar, and include a brief description of the event.
Additionally, the submission must indicate if the event is free to the public and whether it spans one or multiple days. The event’s start and end dates/times, website link, and any applicable social media links are also required.
