Experience the sixth installment of the Placita Latina exhibition, which highlights Latinx and Hispanic artists. Titled Placita Latina v.6: Puentes (Bridges), this exhibition celebrates how Latin artists build understanding, preserve cultural heritage, and create new pathways for dialogue through various forms of creative expression, including painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed media. The exhibition emphasizes art’s role as a bridge between past and future, tradition and innovation, and individual stories and collective identity.
In a time of division within communities, “Puentes” serves as a reminder of shared humanity, inviting artists to reflect on themes of connection, belonging, resilience, and cultural exchange. A closing reception will be held on Friday, October 23rd, from 6-9 PM.
