The sixth installment of the Placita Latina exhibition will showcase Latinx and Hispanic artists. Titled “Puentes” (Bridges), this exhibition emphasizes the role of art in connecting individuals across borders, languages, and experiences. It celebrates how Latin artists build understanding, preserve cultural heritage, and forge new dialogue through various mediums, including painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed media.
In a time of division, “Puentes” serves as a reminder of shared humanity, inviting reflection on connection, belonging, resilience, and cultural exchange.
A closing reception is scheduled for Friday, October 23rd, from 6 to 9 PM.
