This watercolor class invites participants to explore the fundamentals of watercolor painting while developing their artistic style. Suitable for beginners and those with some experience, the class emphasizes experimentation with color, texture, and technique in a supportive environment. Led by local artist Sylvia Cross, who has been part of the Atlanta arts community for 25 years, the course covers:
- Color mixing, mark making, and drawing with a paintbrush
- Values and scale, placement on the page
- Glazing techniques and painting to music
