   The City of Douglasville City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 2, 2026, regarding a request for a variance from Section 8.01 of the Unified Development Ordinance to reduce the required parking from 40 spaces to 30 spaces. 2. PSLUP26-0001

3. PRZ26-0001
   A Public Hearing on April 2, 2026, will address a request for a change in zoning from O-I (Office Institutional) to GC (General Commercial) for approximately 2.26 acres located at 950 Bob Arnold Blvd, in Land Lot 678, District 18, Section 2, Parcel ID 06781820008. 4. PRZ26-0002
   A Public Hearing on April 2, 2026, will consider a request for a change in zoning from R-2 (Single Family Residential Detached) to R-5 (Single Family Cottage Residential) for approximately 8 acres located at 6877 Upshaw Mill Road, in Land Lot 18, District 1, Section 5, Parcel ID 0018015A015.    The Planning Commission will also hold a Public Hearing on April 7, 2026, for a change in zoning from GC (General Commercial) to PRD for approximately 4.7 acres at 7061 Arbor Parkway, in Land Lot 160, District 2, Section 5, Parcel ID 01600250080.    A Public Hearing will be held on April 7, 2026, for a request for variances to increase maximum building height and reduce parking requirements for approximately 4.7 acres at 7061 Arbor Parkway.
