   The Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a zoning change from R-2 (Single Family Residential District) to PRD (Planned Residential Development District) for approximately 4.26 acres located at 7755 Dallas Hwy, Land Lot 736, District 1, Section 3, Parcel 07360130003. This request will be reviewed at the City Council’s Legislative Meeting on Thursday, April 16, 2026, and voted on at the Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, April 20, 2026.

2. PRZ26-0003
   The Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a zoning change from GC (General Commercial District) to PRD (Planned Residential Development District) for approximately 4.7 acres located at 7061 Arbor Parkway, Land Lot 160, District 2, Section 5, Parcel ID 01600250080. This request will be reviewed at the City Council’s Legislative Meeting on Thursday, April 16, 2026, and voted on at the Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, April 20, 2026.

3. PCCV26-0002
   The Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for variances from section 3.07.B to increase the maximum building height and section 8.01 to reduce the required parking spaces for approximately 4.7 acres located at 7061 Arbor Parkway, Land Lot 160, District 2, Section 5, Parcel ID 01600250080. This request will be reviewed at the City Council’s Legislative Meeting on Thursday, April 16, 2026, and voted on at the Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, April 20, 2026.
