Community Bulletin:
Fit4Mom will host Stroller Strides classes on Mondays and Fridays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Hammond Activity Building. This 60-minute workout combines strength, cardio, and core training while incorporating children in strollers. The program is designed for all stages of motherhood, from pregnancy to postpartum. Participation is stroller-friendly, and both mothers with children and those without are welcome to join for a comprehensive workout experience.
