Black August Community Yoga at Arabia Mountain

This community event focuses on healing as resistance, honoring freedom fighters through yoga and mindfulness practices. Each session features sound baths, meditation, breathwork, and intentional movement. Participants of all experience levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat, water, and an open heart as the group reconnects with community and supports collective wellness.
