Cleanup at the Boiler Room Ruins

As part of National Parks Week’s Thankful Thursday, this event involves a cleanup of the historic boiler room ruins at the Davidson-Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve. Participants will help clear undergrowth and small limbs to create a new permanent trail. Gloves, loppers, and clippers will be provided. Attendees should bring water and wear protective eyeglasses, dressing appropriately for light bushwhacking.
