The Wise Choices Workshop is designed to educate students on making informed choices regarding alcohol and other drugs. This program is conducted based on referrals from various sources, including Student Conduct & Academic Integrity, the Department of Fraternity & Sorority Life, Housing & Residence Life, and the Department of Athletics. The three-hour workshop is led by staff from the Center for Young Adult Addiction and Recovery, who specialize in addiction prevention and education.
Students participating in the Wise Choices Workshop will incur an administrative fee of $85.00, which will be charged to their Owl Express account following completion of the workshop. This fee is required to be paid within 30 days to prevent a registration hold from the Bursar’s Office. Payment can be made online through Owl Express (using web-check or credit card) or in person at the Bursar’s Office (cash, check, or money order). Participants should wait for an email notification confirming that the charge has been posted before attempting to make a payment.
