Location: Hammond Activity Building
Stroller Strides® offers a 60-minute total-body workout that includes strength, cardio, and core training, designed for mothers at any stage, from pregnancy to postpartum. Participants can engage their children in strollers during the workout. The class accommodates mothers who may choose to attend without their little ones as well.
