The Student Recreation and Activities Center on the Kennesaw campus will host a paddleboard yoga class using new GlideFit boards, aimed at helping participants de-stress and find balance before finals. This class offers a unique combination of yoga’s tranquility with the challenge of balancing on water, resulting in a full-body workout that enhances core strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
Open to individuals of all skill levels, the class will be led by a certified instructor who will guide attendees through a series of poses and breathing exercises. The GlideFit boards offer a stable yet dynamic platform, making the experience engaging.
Participants are encouraged to bring:
